Whistleblower Policy
SHIFT UP CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established a whistleblower policy to enable the reporting of unethical, unlawful, or corrupt conduct committed by the Company’s employees. The identity of the whistleblower will remain confidential at all times, and no retaliation will be taken against the whistleblower or anyone assisting in the investigation.
Responsible Department
The People Team is responsible for receiving and investigating reports, which will be conducted in a fair and timely manner, with oversight by the Legal Team. Investigations will only proceed if the report is based on facts and supported by specific details and evidence.
Reportable Issues
1. Illegal, unlawful, or criminal conduct related to the duties of the Company’s employees.
2. Unlawful or improper instructions given by employees or external stakeholders abusing their position.
3. Violations of the Company’s Code of Ethics (for internal reports).
4. Any other concerns that could potentially lead to the issues outlined above.
Note: For internal reports, please note that complaints related to workplace harassment or other employee grievances should be reported separately from the whistleblower system.
